Telefonica buys Internet phone provider Jajah

Spain's Telefonica (TEF.MC) said on Wednesday its O2 unit had bought voice-over-Internet-protocol provider Jajah for 145 million euros ($207.6 million). The all cash deal is subject to approval by Spain's antitrust authorities, Telefonica said.

First photos of Google's 'Nexus One' phone leaked online

Nearly a dozen photos of the Google Phone, or as it's formally known as, the Nexus One, has been posted online. The photos, posted on Engadget, show that the Smartphone comes with only four buttons which are touch sensitive. The phone has a new grid icon at the bottom of the home screen, which when pressed brings up a webOS card-style preview of all home screen pages, according to the post.
