‘Southern Charm’ Star Cameran Eubanks Reveals She Is Expecting A Baby Girl On Instagram

Cameran Eubanks will soon be a mom. The “Southern Charm” star announced on her social media account that she’s expecting a baby girl.

On Wednesday, Cameran shared a photo of herself with husband Jason Wimberly on Instagram. She can be seen holding an ultrasound image, while he had a pink balloon in one hand. “Times a changin' y'all! Baby GIRL Wimberly will be touching down this fall! Excited (and nervous) for this next chapter in life!” she wrote as caption for the snapshot.

Back in 2015, Cameran admitted in an interview with Wetpaint for “Southern Charm” Season 2 that she was not ready to have a baby. In fact, before she got engaged, she told Wimberly that she might not want to have kids at all in the future and asked for his assurance that he would not leave her even if she doesn’t give him a baby.

“Before we got engaged, I sat down with him and said, I have no desire to have a child right now, there might be a big possibility I might never want to have a child, I just want to make sure you’re not going to leave me if I don’t give you a kid,” Cameran said at the time. “And he told me he would not, so let’s hope he sticks to that.”

During the same interview, Cameran admitted that having babies is something that couples think about after getting married. She did not want to write it off completely, and instead she was just waiting for the urge to get pregnant.

In “Southern Charm” Season 3, episode 7, Cameran admitted that she had a fear of having children. To address it, the Bravo reality star consulted a therapist.

Cameran’s husband is a Charleston-based doctor. He has never joined her on the TV show, but the star revealed that he has been supportive of her career. When asked if Wimberly will still stay out the limelight this season, Cameran’s response was affirmative. “Oh yes. He wants absolutely no part of it, and I don’t blame him,” the expectant mom said.

It remains to be seen whether or not Cameran and Wimberly will let their baby appear on the small screen.
