‘The Strain’ Season 3 Finale: 4 Things We Know About Episode 10 So Far
FX horror series “The Strain” will premiere its Season 3 finale this Sunday, Oct. 30. Episode 10 will finally answer some questions.
Last time we saw the show, Councilwoman Justine Feraldo (Samantha Mathis), Angel (Joaquin Cosio) and Feraldo’s right hand man, Frank, died while trying to leave New York City. Fortunately, they didn’t turn into strigois.
Here’s everything we know so far about the Season 3 finale of “The Strain”:
1. The Master Will Reveal Himself
The synopsis states that The Master will finally reveal himself. Which means, fans will finally get to know which vessel he has taken on. Quinlan (Rupert Penry-Jones) had successfully destroyed the strigoi leader’s previous vessel Bolivar (Jack Kesy). Some fan theories suggest that The Master might take Eph’s (Corey Stoll) son Zach (Max Charles) as his new body. The books also state that The Master was grooming him to be his next vessel. However, the series often strays from the book’s plot.
2. An Epic Battle Takes Place Between The Master And Hunters
New York has fallen. In a last ditch effort to save the Big Apple and humanity from destruction, Eph, Fet (Kevin Durand), Setrakian (David Bradley), Dutch (Ruta Gedmintas), Quinlan and Eldritch Palmer (Jonathan Hyde) finally have a showdown with The Master. Who will win?
3. We’ll Learn Whether Eichhorst Died Or Survived
The Master’s Nazi-loving German lap dog was at least injured after Palmer shot him with silver bullets. The Season 3, episode 10 promo shows Setrakian asking the Stoneheart CEO if Thomas Eichhorst (Richard Sammel) is dead.
4. Eph And Fet Stop Fighting Over Dutch
Episode 9 saw Eph and Fet fighting over Dutch after Eph hooked up with his ex-lover. Fortunately, the love triangle will take a backseat in the Season 3 finale of “The Strain.”
The final episode of “The Strain” Season 3 premieres on Sunday, Oct. 30 at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
