Sugar Bear’s Wedding To Jennifer Lamb Ruined By Mama June?
Even though she was disinvited, Mama June Shannon showed up to her ex’s wedding. The event was documented for “From Not to Hot,” the unscripted series on WEtv.
Shannon sat in the front row, noticing Sugar Bear looked “scared” to marry fiancé Jennifer Lamb. “His baby mama behind him,” her trainer, Kenya Crooks reasoned.

Shannon and her daughter, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, were not impressed with Lamb’s dress. She wrote a patterned dress that was black and red. For her jewelry, she only wore a simple string of pearls.
“Jennifer’s dress is so pretty. I want one myself,” Pumpkin, 17, sarcastically said, according to a clip obtained by People Magazine. “It looks like some curtains or f---ing tablecloth from 1962.”
Before the wedding took place, Shannon stopped by Sugar Bear’s house to smooth out the drama so there wouldn’t be any conflict. It was her ex, whom she split from in September 2014, that invited her over.
“I'm not here today to argue. I'm here to support Alana. I don't want this to be a s--- show,” Shannon said, according to E! Online. “When Jennifer disinvited me, I think that was a little bit kind of crazy but I'm hoping that you were able to control her because I know that you're the quiet one and she's normally not.”
But when Lamb walked in on Shannon talking to Sugar Bear, whose real name is Mike Thompson, she wasn’t pleased. “That's the reason I did not want you to come because we've never been on this civil term of talking. You've always been a bitch. You always are rude,” Lamb said. “That's why you don't have him anymore.”
Sugar Bear wasn’t happy the two important women in his life were unable to smooth things over. “It's kind of hard to see a woman I used to love and a woman I love now fighting,” he said. “I wish they could both sit down and kind of be friends for Alana's sake and my sake. That way, we can get along real good.”
The finale of “Mama June: From Not to Hot” airs Friday at 9 p.m. EDT on WEtv.
