'Supernatural' Season 11 Spoilers: Sam And Dean Try To Track Down The Imaginary Friend Killer In Episode 8 Sneak-Peek Video
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are on the hunt … for an imaginary killer! During Season 11’s upcoming episode, titled “Just My Imagination,” the Winchester brothers will try to track down the mysterious creature responsible for slaughtering the fictional friends of children.
“It’s a blood bath,” Sully (Nate Torrence), Sam’s imaginary friend from his youth, notes after encountering the murder scene of a fellow make-believe creature. But the episode 8 killings will grown even more gruesome as the installment continues, forcing Sam and Dean to make their way to a young girl’s home to inquire about her dead best friend named Sparkle.
“We are trauma counselors with child services,” Sam says to the girl’s mother, explaining the faux reason behind his and Dean’s debut in a sneak-peek video. “We're here to follow up on a police report filed yesterday.”
The mother explains that it was her daughter who filed the report after allegedly encountering the corpse of her friend Sparkle, who is both unicorn and a man. “She has an active imagination,” she says.
Dean can’t help himself and inquires further about this strange, imaginary creature. “So, Sparkle is a unicorn … and also a man? So, a manicorn?” he questions, causing his brother to shake his head in annoyance. (Fans of the hit CW series can remember Dean’s infatuation with conjuring words together like “werepire.”)
After Sam’s nonsensical comment, the two make their way to the young girl to press her about the demise of her best friend.
“My partner and I would like to ask you about last night -- about sparkle,” Dean says. “Your mom says you don’t want to go back in your room … how come?”
The little girl, who has been starring out the widow since the boys first arrived, turns her head and looks at Sam: “All the blood,” she responds in a whisper.
“Supernatural” will return from its short break on Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 9 p.m. EST on the CW.
