‘Supernatural’ Season 12 Spoilers: Crowley Meets An Old Friend On The CW Series
The CW’s “Supernatural” will be back in a few weeks with a brand new Season 12. Last season, Dean successfully reunited Amara/The Darkness with her brother Chuck/God. Unfortunately, Sam thought that his brother is dead and was shot by a member of the British Men of Letters named Lady Toni. What will happen in the upcoming season?
Although Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam’s (Jared Padalecki) reunion with their mother Mary Winchester (Samathan Smith) will, arguably, be the highlight of Season 12, fans will certainly be interested in Castiel/Cas (Misha Collins) teaming up with king of hell Crowley (Mark Sheppard) in order to take down Lucifer (now played by Rick Springfield).
Cas is not happy with the way Lucifer used him and Crowley wants his throne back and revenge for the humiliation the devil caused him. Therefore, the two will join forces to take down the fallen angel. But defeating God’s once favorite son is going to be harder than they thought and along the way Crowley will meet a familiar face.
“K.C. Undercover” actor Kadeem Hardison has been cast as a music industry mogul named Russell Lemmons, Entertainment Weekly reports. He has a history with Crowley and while seeking revenge, Rowena’s (Ruth Connell) son is going to bump into him. That’s because Hardison’s Lemmons has big plans for Lucifer who is now inhabiting the body of an old rock star named Vince Vincente. Lemmons is interested in Vince’s comeback. Of course, he will not be happy to learn that Crowley has other plans for the aging rock star.
The Season 12 premiere of “Supernatural” will see Dean, Cas and Mary try to save Sam who has been kidnapped by the British Men of Letters. Moreover, Lady Toni (Elizabeth Blackmore) has a vendetta against the Winchesters. Also, Mary will flaunt her skills as an ace hunter during the rescue mission.
“Supernatural” Season 12 premieres on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW. The series has been moved from Wednesday to Thursday nights.
