“Supernatural” star Jared Padalecki was reportedly arrested on two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication in Austin, Texas.

According to TMZ, the 37-year-old was taken into custody and booked into jail after allegedly punching a bartender and the manager of Stereotype Bar in Austin. The actor was arrested around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday and was released in the afternoon after posting bail.

The publication also reported that one of the star's pals brought him outside to try to calm him down, but that did not work. A video obtained by the outlet shows him putting someone in a headlock on the sidewalk outside of the bar.

The whole incident got more and more dangerous for the star when the Police arrived. The “Gilmore Girls” star allegedly showed a pile of cash to the police officers after which he was taken into custody. Eyewitnesses told the outlet that Padalecki was ridiculously drunk during the whole incident. Although, a court date has not been made public. The star has not yet addressed his arrest.

Padalecki reportedly visits that bar quite often. Social media, especially Twitter, is buzzing with some snaps of the actor at the bar’s grand opening a year ago.

The internet has a lot to say about the actor’s actions. Most fans claimed that they are not surprised to see the actor engaging in such fights. Here are some reactions from Twitter:

In related news, Padalecki recently confessed that every single member of the show agreed to the fact that this is the best time to end it. While appearing on Michael Rosenbaum’s “Inside of You” podcast for “Supernatural Week,” Padalecki added that he and his co-star Jensen Ackles always believed that they’ll know when it’s time for the show to end.

“I believe that if we wanted to go five, 10, 15 more years, the probably would have justified [it] because they know what we’ve sacrificed, how we have worked. We always said, ‘When it’s time for the show to end, we’ll know.’ And that moment hit and we were like, ‘Okay, I think it’s time for the show to end,” Padalecki said.

The next episode of the acclaimed series airs on Thursday.
