Suri Not Turning Into ‘Mini’ Tom Cruise To Katie Holmes’ Horror

A recent report claimed actress Katie Holmes was horrified by the prospect of her daughter Suri Cruise turning increasingly into a “mini version” of her father and the former’s ex-husband, Tom Cruise, as she grows up. However, the rumor was debunked by Gossip Cop.

The tabloid tried to pass off the fabricated story as truth was Radar Online, with its article titled, “Katie’s Nightmare! Daughter Suri Is Turning Into A Tom Cruise ‘Clone.’”

In the article, an anonymous insider claimed to have an exclusive scoop on how Holmes, who was very close to her daughter, was surprised to discover Suri transforming into her father more and more every day.

“Suri is morphing into her father’s image in more ways than one, and it’s even taken Katie by surprise,” the questionable tipster was quoted as saying by the tabloid. “It’s not just her features – Suri’s personality is becoming more like Tom’s every day.”

The so-called source went on to list all the ways Holmes’ daughter was slowly becoming her father with every passing day. Apparently, the insider claimed, it was not only Suri’s appearance that matched with her father; she was also beginning to adopt several of his behavioral traits.

“Suri has the same nose as Tom, the same eyes and same straight hair. She’s meticulous about her diet and what she eats and how much, and she’s even started to get into her exercise. She’s quite bossy and likes to prove her point with over the top gestures, too,” the insider added.

The tabloid then proceeded to compare Suri’s mannerisms to that of her father, adding fuel to rumors of the “Mission Impossible” actor defending Scientology as his preferred religion, being a control freak when it came to managing his career and insisting he do his own stunts in movies, none of which have ever been substantiated by reliable entertainment outlets.

“It must be quite freaky for Katie, who is strong willed herself but even she has to admit to her friends that Suri is becoming more and more like her dad,” the insider concluded.

Gossip Cop reached out to Holmes’ rep who confirmed the fact Radar Online’s narrative was completely bogus, since no one from the “First Daughter” actress’ inner circle ever spoke to the fraudulent magazine. The rep also added Holmes was not at all worried about Suri possibly developing some of her father’s characteristic traits in the future.
