Target (TGT) has introduced an all-new online sales promotion that is aimed at competing with Amazon’s Prime Day. The sale will be held on July 15 and 16, which are the same dates as the advertised Amazon Prime Day sale.

Target has also taken a dig at Amazon’s need to be a Prime member take advantage of sales by pointing out to shoppers that no membership is needed to participate in its Deal Days sale.

According to Target, shoppers will be able “to save big with thousands of deals across Target.com.” The deals will also extend to the Target app with new deals posted each day, the company said.

Consumers will also be able to receive their purchases the same day, using Target’s drive up, order pickup, or its newly introduced same-day delivery service -Shipt.

“Last year’s Target.com One-Day Sale was one of our biggest days of the year for online sales,” Mark Tritton, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer at Target said.

“This year, we’re giving guests more discounts across even more of our assortment with two days to save on hundreds of thousands of items and offering the best options in retail for delivery and pick up on their terms, including same-day, he added.

While Target has not unveiled the deals just yet, it does promise savings on products in the home, apparel, and toy categories as well as brand name products and much more.

Shares of Target stock were up 0.22 percent as of 10:56 a.m. ET on Wednesday.
