Taylor Swift Bags A Second Spot In The Vanity Fair Most Stylish Women List, Which Omits Kate Middleton's Name Completely

Let's hope Taylor Swift doesn't develop some bad blood for British Prime Minister David Cameron's stylish wife Samantha Cameron, who has been crowned as the most stylish women in the world by Vanity Fair. Despite her impeccable sense of style, the “Shake It Off” singer is relegated to the second spot by the magazine in their International Best Dressed list.

Cameron has a “conservative charm” in the way she dresses herself, writes the magazine. The 44-year-old is often spotted wearing wearing designer clothes to various public outings. The magazine lists Phillip Lim, Erdem Moralioglu and Alexander McQueen among her favorite designers.

The magazine also praised Swift, 25, for her “prep power” and lists actress Audrey Hepburn as her style icon. Next on the list is a surprise entry by American ballerina Misty Copeland, who considers Sarah Jessica Parker and Nicole Richie as her favorite style icons.

While Cameron's appearance in the number one spot might have come as a surprise to some, Amal Clooney's inclusion in the list looked obvious. The stylish lawyer wife of Hollywood actor George Clooney is always in the limelight for the dresses she wear and the way she carries herself at red carpet events. The magazine lists Giambattista Valli, Dolce & Gabbana, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen as some of her designers.

The list also features R&B singer Rihanna, the founder of Gucci cosmetics, Charlotte Casiraghi (Prince Albert of Monaco's niece), Countess Sophie of Wessex, and Tiffany design Francesca Amfitheatrof on their best dressed females' list. Surprisingly, Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William are both absent. Not stylish enough for them?

British actor Bill Nighy topped the list for best-dressed men, which included Prince Harry and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden. The Hollywood best dressed list included Sienna Miller, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender, Eddie Redmayne and Emma Watson.
