Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris Dating Rumors: Rita Ora Reportedly Has 'Bad Blood' With Ex

It hasn't been confirmed Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift are dating, but there's already someone who is reportedly opposed to the couple: Rita Ora. Harris' ex does not want to see her old boyfriend happy since they did not part on good terms, a source told Hollywood Life.

"Rita is glad that he is not her problem anymore and wishes them both the worst,” a source said of Harris and Swift. “She has bad blood with Calvin, and he doesn’t have any fondness for her either.”

But Swift could be "exactly" what he needs. "She’s a wholesome, big-hearted southern belle who will do anything for her man, and that’s really what he likes in a woman,” the insider said.

If the rumors are true, Swift and Harris is an unlikely couple. He told the Capital FM Breakfast radio show in November he wouldn’t swipe “right” for the Grammy-winning singer if her picture came up on Tinder, the famous dating app. “She’s just the opposite of my type,” Harris said. “She looks lovely. She’s just the opposite of my type, so I would go left.” In the same interview, he said no to rapper Nicki Minaj.

But Swift was allegedly able to persuade Harris by being down to earth. “Calvin was pleasantly surprised how unaffected by her fame Taylor is and just how normal she can be,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “She’s a very genuine person and Calvin admires that trait because she could so easily be another spoiled diva given her success.”

Swift has not addressed the dating rumors on social media. Instead, the two were reportedly seen shopping at a Whole Foods together and getting close at a Kenny Chesney concert in Nashville.
