‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Adam Lind Tests Positive For Meth, Amphetamines

“Teen Mom 2” star Adam Lind tested positive for drugs.

On Monday, the “Teen Mom 2” episode featured Adam’s drug test result. According to Us Weekly, Adam was trying to lower his child support with ex Chelsea Houska. The process required him to take a drug test. However, the results revealed that he was positive for methamphetamines and amphetamines. The court date is currently put on hold.

When Chelsea heard about the results she couldn’t help but wish that her daughter Aubree’s dad was different. “I wish she didn’t have a drug addict father,” Chelsea said (via Us Weekly). The mom-of-two also added that their daughter seemed to be over her dad after Adam ditched her for the father-daughter dance.

Adam’s drug results were not a complete surprise though. The reality star also did a drug test way back in April and tested positive. The authorities found meth and steroids in his system. This time, the results showed 351ng/mL of amphetamine and 837ng/mL of methamphetamine.

The drug test last April was part of Adam’s custody battle with another ex, Taylor Halbur, over their daughter, Paislee, 3. Since Adam failed the drug test, he lost his visitation rights to his younger daughter. He was, however, still allowed to visit his daughter with Chelsea, provided that her parents are present during the visits.

“Chelsea is going to enforce the court’s order that Adam’s visits with Aubree be strictly supervised,” an insider told In Touch Weekly. “She will not turn a blind eye to his behavior.”

Aside from the failed drug test, the “Teen Mom 2” signature bad boy has a colorful record. On April 17, he pleaded guilty to a charge of exhibition. Previously, he had warrants of arrest for failing to pay child support. Also, he was put in jail after a heated argument with an ex turned violent, had three DUI convictions and eight cases of driving with a suspended license.

While Adam still struggles to change his old ways, Chelsea is now happy with her life. She married Cole DeBoer in October 2016. The “Teen Mom 2” star is proud of her new partner. On Father’s Day, she shared a photo of Cole with daughter Aubree and son Watson on Instagram.

“This man. I don’t even know where begin...I am so proud to be raising children with you,” she wrote in the caption. “I could not have asked for a better role model for our kids to look up to. Someday, I hope Aubree finds a man like you...and I hope our son turns out to be JUST like you. I love you with all my.”
