‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Corey Simms Talks About Leah Calvert’s Drug Test In New Sneak Peek Video
Leah Calvert may have won custody of her five-year-old twins in the Season 6 premiere of “Teen Mom 2,” but that doesn’t mean she’s in the clear. The 23-year-old reality star still has to face the drug problem allegations – and does so by taking a drug test in the latest episode of the MTV docu-series.
A sneak peek look at Thursday night’s episode confirms that Leah followed through with the lawyer’s request for a drug test. However, she still has to wait a few days for the results. Based off of the video, it looks like it’ll be a stressful few days as the mom tries to keep her three children – twins Ali and Aleeah, and 2-year-old Adalynn – in line.
Meanwhile, Leah’s ex-husband, Corey Simms, shares his concerns about Leah with his dad, Jeff. Corey and Leah may not be on the best of terms, but he reinforces the fact that everything he does is for his kids. He can’t control Leah’s prescriptions, but insists that his main concern is that she would endanger their children while driving “jacked up.”
“You’re not doing this to get at her,” his dad says, once again naming Ali and Aleeah’s safety as the top priority.
Corey wants the opportunity to “give them the best life possible,” but his fear is that he’ll be embattled with Leah for the next couple of years instead of co-parenting peacefully. Watch him talk about the situation with Leah below:
