‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Leah Messer Stuns In No Makeup Photo; Fans Question Authenticity Of Snap

Leah Messer just took to Instagram to share a “no makeup” snap in her endeavor to empower women. However, some of her fans are not convinced that she really took a photo of her bare face.

On Tuesday, the “Teen Mom 2” star took to the photo-sharing platform to send a powerful message to women. Messer posted a picture of her makeup-free face and encouraged her fellow women to do the same in celebration of their natural beauty. “I challenge you all to post a pic without makeup!” she wrote. She also accompanied this message with encouraging hashtags “#BeYou,” “#WhoCares” and “#Natural is #Beautiful.”

Immediately, Messer’s fans responded positively to her message. Most of them also praised the mom-of-three for her natural beauty sans makeup. One fan wrote: “I don’t even own any makeup. But you look so pretty Leah with or without it, girl.” Another chimed in: “Your skin looks great! Stay gorgeous and positive.”

While Messer’s bare face snap got positive feedback from fans, there were also others who questioned if she was indeed makeup-free in the photo. One commented: “That eyeliner though. Dark photo. Possible filter. Don’t fool yourself.” Another wrote: “You forgot to take your eyeliner off!”

Others slammed the reality TV star for her gesture. An Instagram user responded to Messer, saying: “Of course it’s easier to feel beautiful without makeup when in reality you can afford high dollar facial products and things to keep your skin looking nice! Don’t let this fool you ladies.”

Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with Radar Online early this week, Messer revealed that she has no plans of filing for full custody of her twins, Aleeah Grace and Aliannah Hope. “Absolutely not. I think the way that it is right now is great. It works for both the kids and us,” the 25-year-old mom said of her setup with ex Corey Simms.

Messer also assured her fans that she and Simms co-parent their kids well at present. She even mentioned that she gets along with Simms’ wife, Miranda. “We get along good. We’re in a very good place,” she said. When asked about her second baby daddy, Jeremy Calvert, Messer shared that they, too, co-parent their 3-year-old daughter, Adalynn Faith, “pretty well.”
