'Teen Mom' Maci Bookout's Clothing Company Dissolved Over This Minor Detail

Maci Bookout's business has landed in some hot water.

The "Teen Mom OG" star has a clothing business -- TTM Lifestyle, LLC -- with her husband, Taylor McKinney, and all was going well up until recently, as the state of Tennessee has dissolved their business.

“The company failed to file the annual report that was due on April 1, 2019,” a clerk for the Tennessee Secretary of State told Radar Online. According to the site, TTM Lifestyle, LLC was dissolved on Aug. 6, 2019, and is currently listed as "inactive."

Despite the current status of their clothing company, it won't necessarily stop the reality stars from being able to sell items on their website.

Thankfully, the situation is an easy fix for the 28-year-old mom of three. All she and McKinney have to do is file their annual report and complete the reinstatement paperwork, and they'll be officially an active LLC again.

Maci typically doesn't grab as many headlines as her co-stars -- at least not for any drama of her own. Any issues she's involved in on "Teen Mom" tend to deal with her ex, Ryan Edwards, with whom she shares 10-year-old son Bentley, and his struggle with substance abuse.

Thankfully, she has McKinney by her side through it all. The couple celebrated three years of marriage on Tuesday, and the MTV reality star took a moment to craft a sweet and honest message to her husband.

"We turned 3 today," she captioned the Instagram post. "Happy Anniversary to this guy, thanks for testing me further than our kids ever could and for trying harder to keep me in line than anyone ever would!"
