"Teen Mom OG" star Catelynn Lowell and her husband Tyler Baltierra have welcomed the newest member of their family, a baby girl.
Lowell shared the happy news via Instagram Saturday, posting a black-and-white photo of their newborn daughter wrapped up in a blanket in a hospital bassinet. "Our baby has arrived!" she captioned the image.
Baltierra also posted a clip of their baby on his Instagram Story. "She's here and she's perfect!" he wrote in the caption, adding crying, heart eyes and rose emojis.
The parents have yet to reveal the name of the baby girl, who joins sisters Nova, 6, and Vaeda Luma, 2. Lowell and Baltierra also have another daughter, Carly, now 11, whom they placed for adoption when they were on "16 and Pregnant."
Hours earlier, Lowell also teased the arrival of their fourth child by sharing that she was already in labor.
"Baby R is on her way [red heart emoji] send positive vibes," she captioned a photo of a hospital bassinet, tagging her husband.
Lowell also posted on her Instagram Story a snap presumably taken from inside the labor room. "She's on her way," she wrote, less than 24 hours before announcing the birth of their fourth child.
Lowell and Baltierra's rainbow baby arrived less than a year after she announced that she had suffered her second miscarriage.
"I WAS Pregnant and excited to share it with all of you and I am heartbroken to reveal that I lost the baby," she wrote on Instagram in December 2020, as quoted by Us Weekly. "I am sharing this to let you know you are not alone. We are all in this together and everyone experiences pain, loss and the recovery from it."
In January, the couple said they hoped to add another little one to their brood. At the time, they were not sure if they would still be able to conceive and said they were open to adoption because they really wanted to have another child.
But in February, Lowell and Baltierra announced that they received the happy news that they were expecting another baby together. "This rainbow was worth the storm. Baby Baltierra coming soon," she wrote on Instagram.
