‘Temptation Island’ Season 2 Spoilers: Ben Teases ‘Juicy’ Reunion With Ashley Howland
“Temptation Island” will give viewers a double dose of footage on Thursday night as it airs the second half of the final bonfires and a reunion special. Before fans of the USA Network show get to find out what becomes of the four couples this season, the network is teasing what they can expect during the finale.
On Twitter, the show’s official account posted a clip on Tuesday of various singles from Season 2 dishing on their thoughts about the reunion. When asked to describe the episode in a few words, some labeled it as “drama,” while others deemed it “entertaining.” However, it is single Ben Knobloch’s comments that might be of the most interest to viewers.
“If I had to describe the reunion in three words it would be unpredictable, chaotic, but juicy,” he said with a smile.
As fans know, Ben has been getting close to Ashley Howland in Season 2, who arrived on the show in a relationship with Casey Starchak. The show has hinted at the idea that the couple may not leave the program together, therefore making Ben’s finale tease all that more interesting.
This isn’t the first sneak peek of the finale that has been released leading up to Thursday’s conclusion. Earlier in the week, a clip of Casey preparing for Ashley’s arrival to the final bonfire revealed his thoughts going into their reunion. Viewers previously saw Casey pick out a ring for his longtime girlfriend in hopes of proposing.
“And you know there are several possible outcomes here. Are you prepared for all of those?” host Mark L. Walberg seemingly warningly asks Casey.
Casey responds by shaking his head no and saying, “I’m only prepared for the one outcome.”
While his and Ashley's reunion won’t be shown until the finale, spoiler blogger Reality Steve did give a little insight into what viewers can expect to see. In a podcast talking about the show late last month, he hinted that while there “are breakups this season” things will change come the reunion special.
“I will say that the final four bonfires that you see, the end result of those four couples, every single one of those end results is different by the time the reunion show airs. It's [expletive] crazy,” he said.
“Everything you see at the reunion show, the finality that you see of the four couples at the reunion show in present time is also now different. It's almost unexplainable… There’s so much going on behind the scenes…”
The “Temptation Island” Season 2 finale airs Thursday at 9 p.m. followed by the reunion special at 10 p.m. EST on USA Network.
