‘Timeless’ Season 1 Spoilers: Lucy And Rufus Travel To The 1920s In Episode 14 ‘The Lost Generation’ [VIDEO]

NBC’s “Timeless” premiered an action-packed episode this week in which Wyatt Logan (Matt Lanter) tried to prevent the birth of his wife’s killer with the help of Rufus Carlin (Malcolm Barrett). They duo traveled to the 1980s in order to prevent a bartender from sleeping with a woman who would eventually give birth to Jessica’s murderer.

Unfortunately, Jessica was still dead when Wyatt returned to the present but he did manage to save two women from certain death.

What will happen next week on “Timeless”?

Lucy Preston (Abigail Spencer) and Rufus will travel to 1927 Paris in order to stop Garcia Flynn (Goran Visnjic) from killing Charles Lindbergh (Jesse Luken). Flynn arrives in 1927 on the day that Lindbergh is set to complete his first transatlantic flight. Joining the time-travelers in their mission is a young soldier.

Furthermore, Lucy will meet a young reporter who is none other than the great writer Ernest Hemingway (Brandon Barash). She joins forces with him to navigates the City of Lights and prevent Flynn from rewriting American history.

Unfortunately, Wyatt will not join Lucy and Rufus on this adventure. The synopsis of Season 1, episode 14 states that he will be locked in an undisclosed location. Agent Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey) will pay him a visit. Surprisingly, the two will realize that their enemies are closer than they realize.

The fact that Jessica is still dead while the other women her alleged killer murdered are now alive points to the fact that her death was premeditated. Someone planned to kill Wyatt’s wife. All clues point to Rittenhouse ordering a hit on her.

Speaking of Rittenhouse, Lucy is still grappling with the fact that she is destined to join the conspiracy. She found out that her father is involved in Rittenhouse. The promo of the upcoming “Timeless” episode (watch above) shows the history professor telling her dad that she will never play a part in rewriting America’s history.

“Timeless” episode 14 premieres Monday, Feb. 6 at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
