Tom Brady's 'Boston Accent' Mocked In Funny Or Die Spot [VIDEO]
Tom Brady starred in a new Funny or Die clip released Tuesday that mocks his Boston accent and shows off the Patriots quarterback's improving acting chops.
The short, which doubles as an Under Armour ad, shows Brady flipping out after getting repeatedly mocked for his Boston accent. Brady enters the store looking for some new golf stuff, and the store employee laces into him for what he calls a Boston accent.
Shoppers at the store then mock the quarterback for his accent (completely neglecting his two consecutive Super Bowl losses to the New York Giants). He is then confused for Matt Damon, which seems like an apt comparison since they're both viewed by some as highly lauded no-talent pretty boys.
Brady's turn at a viral clip is par for the course for modern NFL quarterbacks. Both Manning brothers, Peyton and Eli, have made viral videos on Saturday Night Live with a fair degree of success. Check out Brady's turn, below, followed by Peyton and Eli's, and decide which Super Bowl MVP has the best acting chops.
