The top pre-market NASDAQ stock market losers are: Telestone Technologies, Acergy SA, Vodafone Group, Randgold Resources, and ARM Holdings.

Telestone Technologies Corp. (TSTC) lost 10.83 percent to $12.60 in the pre-market trading. The company said it has priced its public offering of 1.675 million common shares at $12.00 a share. The offering is expected to settle and close on Nov. 30.

The company plans to use net proceeds from the offering, which are expected to be about $18.9 million, for the construction of a new manufacturing and research and development center and for general working capital purposes.

Telestone may also use a portion of the net proceeds to acquire or invest in businesses and products that are complementary to its own. At the present time, the company has no plans, commitments or agreements with respect to any acquisitions.

Acergy SA (ACGY) plummeted 0.38 percent to $20.97 in the pre-market session.

Vodafone Group plc (VOD) plunged 0.31 percent to $25.90 in the pre-market trading.

Randgold Resources Ltd. (GOLD) moved down 0.20 percent to $95.59 in the pre-market trading.

ARM Holdings plc (ARMH) declined 0.16 percent to $18.16 in the pre-market session.
