Cynthia Sigler, a Southern California woman, knew for months that she was going to have a big baby but she never expected a nearly 14-pound baby boy she has named Jayden. When Jayden Sigler was delivered by c-section on Thursday, he weighed in at 13 pounds, 14 ounces and was a healthy baby, the North County Times reported.
