Tote up for sale by government
Tote, the state-owned bookmaker has been put up for sale on the open market, after the government rejected a bid by a racing industry consortium.
After around three years, the government has still failed to find a suitable buyer for Tote. According to Reuters the government said it would appoint advisors to look at its strategic options.
The government also said it would begin accepting indicative offers for Tote at once.
