Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian Fuel Reconciliation Rumors After NBA Player Lists Home
Ever wanted to live like an NBA baller? Tristan Thompson is giving people the chance, but it'll cost about $8.5 million.
The pro basketball player recently put his home located in Encino, California on the market and it is nothing short of stunning. The almost 10,000 sq. ft. home boasts a whopping 7-bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and comes with all the bells and whistles that ooze luxury. There are custom built-ins throughout the house, marble fireplaces, two islands in the gourmet chef kitchen, which is equipped with top of the line appliances. There's also an outdoor kitchen, bar, pool and spa and fire pit with built-in seating.
The property also has a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house with a family room and kitchenette.
Thompson's home is being sold by Tomer Fridman of Compass and while normally that's not a huge deal, it's interesting in this case because Khloé Kardashian was recently rumored to be in talks to place her home on the market with Fridman, as well.
TMZ reported in May that her Calabasas home was something she was considering selling, and she was asking for a cool $19 million...well, $18,950,000 to be exact. The home was not officially listed at the time.
The massive 11,000 square foot estate features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and was fully renovated by the Good American founder with the help of acclaimed interior designers Waldo Fernandez and Tommy Clements. It also features a pool, hot tub, guesthouse, home theatre, and many other features --along with unbelievable views of the Malibu Canyon.
The residence, which is down the street from her sister Kourtney Kardashian and was featured in Architectural Digest, is one of just 16 properties located in the uber-private gated community of The Oaks. It was previously home to pop star Justin Bieber and comedian Eddie Murphy's ex Nicole Murphy.
Whether or not there is any meaning behind both Thompson and Kardashian's homes being up for sale around the same time remains to be seen. However, earlier this month, an insider told People that the parents of 2-year-old daughter True are "giving their relationship another try."
