Trump’s Mystery Illness, Putin Assassination Plot: Baba Vanga’s 2019 Predictions

Recently surfaced predictions of Baba Vanga, for the year 2019, include President Donald Trump falling prey to a mystery illness, economic collapse in Europe and an assassination attempt on Russian President Vladmir Putin.

Baba Vanga, born Vangelia Gushterova, was a the blind prophet who left behind hundreds of predictions spanning decades that keep on surfacing more than 20 years after her death. She has been dubbed “Nostradamus of the Balkans” for the accuracy of many predictions which famously included the 9/11 World Trade Center attack and the 2016 invasion of Europe by Islamist extremists.

Her predictions for 2019 are no less shocking. According to her predictions, Trump will suffer a mystery illness, which will leave him deaf and suffering from brain trauma.

On the other hand, Putin’s life will be at stake as he will be targeted in a major assassination plot designed by one of the members of his own security team. However, it was not mentioned whether the Russian leader will survive the attack or not, Mirror Online reported.

In addition, it was also predicted that a Tsunami akin to the one which proved disastrous in 2004, will strike Asia and Europe will undergo an economic collapse. Also, a meteorite is predicted to land in Russia.

By the time Vanga died in 1996 at the age of 85, she had already developed a reputation for herself in Bulgaria. However, she received worldwide recognition in 2000, after she correctly predicted the sinking of the Kursk in 2000.

She prophesized the Sept. 11 attacks in 1989. “Horror, horror! The American brothers will fall after being attacked by the steel birds. The wolves will be howling in a bush, and innocent blood will be gushing,” she reportedly predicted. In the prediction, people have assumed that the steel birds referred to the the hijacked planes that were flown into the Twin Towers on 9/11; and the bush as former President George W. Bush, who was in office during the attack.

In a meeting with writer Valentin Sidorov in 1979, Vanga said Russia, led by Putin, will dominate the world. “All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched - Vladimir’s glory, glory of Russia. Too much it is brought in a victim. Nobody can stop Russia. All will be removed by her from the way and not only will be kept, but also becomes the lord of the world,” he said.

She also made some vague predictions which her fans have taken to indicate certain events. Such an example was when she predicted that Europe would end in 2016. Many people believed it to mean Brexit.

Then, there were predictions that were proven utterly false. For instance she predicted that President Barack Obama would be the last president of the United States, which was not true.

Since Vanga never kept written records of her predictions, there is no evidence to prove that she made any of statements that have surfaced after her death. However, her fans believe that her predictions have an 85 percent chance of coming true. Experts, however, put that number at 68 percent.
