The Truth About Leah Messer’s Rumored Affair With Corey Simms; Did ‘Teen Mom’ Cheat On Jeremy Calvert?

On Thursday, a report claiming that “Teen Mom 2” star Leah Messer had an affair with her first ex-husband, Corey Simms, was released, causing a firestorm amongst fans of the MTV docuseries. While the mom of three has yet to address her alleged affair, another publication is coming forward, claiming the rumors are true.

In Touch Weekly reported that Leah, 23, “recently” had sex with Corey, 26, in the back of his truck during a meeting in which they planned to discuss their 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeah. However, according to the Ashley’s Reality Roundup, their alleged romp occurred in “late 2014,” when Leah was married to her now ex-husband Jeremy Calvert and Corey to his current wife, Miranda. The site reports that according to “two very close Leah sources” their fling occurred while Corey was “at work reading meters.”

“The Ashley is only confirming it because she has two incredibly strong sources who have told her about it. She would never confirm something like this unless she was very sure,” reports the site.

The Ashley goes on to hint that their affair was premeditated, reporting that Corey had downloaded a texting app on his phone in order to secretly chat with Leah. Despite his alleged attempts to keep their talks private, Miranda is said to have learned about their affair.

“Corey regrets it, especially since Miranda is pregnant now. But he had been talking to Leah for awhile, so they both knew what they were doing," said a source. "It wasn’t just a random mistake but Miranda forgave him."

Leah, on the other hand, wasn’t so lucky. The site reports that Leah and Corey’s meet up was one of the reasons he filed for divorce earlier this year. The couple finalized their divorce and a custody arrangement for their 2-year-old daughter, Adalynn, in June.

This isn't the first time Leah has been accused of cheating on Jeremy. In October 2014, Leah was speculated to have had an affair with her ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd, the very same person she had an affair with before marrying Corey. While she denied being unfaithful, Robbie claimed the affair did happen in an interview with In Touch. Around the time of the alleged affair, Jeremy reportedly posted to social media: “Go back to Mingo and have a wonderful f---ing weekend with Mr. Kidd."
