‘Twilight’ Star Ashley Greene Is Engaged To Boyfriend Paul Khoury

“Twilight” star Ashley Greene is engaged! The actress shared the news via Instagram that her longtime boyfriend, Paul Khoury, asked her to marry him during their holiday getaway.

“This is the most beautiful moment I could have ever hoped for,” Greene said. “You’ve successfully made me the happiest, luckiest woman alive. I can’t wait to show you my unfaltering immeasurable love for the rest of our lives. #engaged #loveofmylife #futurehusband.”

The two first sparked rumors that they are already engaged when Greene was spotted wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring when they attended an event together. The two, however, decided to share the news just now. Greene also clarified that the ring she was spotted wearing at the time was a Cartier Love ring gifted by Khoury, but it was not an engagement ring.

Khoury also took to Instagram to share his joy over the new phase in their journey. “I promise to put a smile on your face for the rest of our lives,” Khoury said. “You complete me in ways I didn’t even know was possible. Greene has been open about what exactly she looks for in a person she wants to be in a relationship with. In an interview with Manhattan magazine (as quoted by Us Weekly), the actress said: “You need someone who is going to help you make that better version of yourself. I need someone who is strong but supportive and who loves me -- someone who isn’t afraid to call me on my [misgivings].”

Greene and Khoury started dating in 2013. The two met through a mutual friend, Liam Hemsworth. Greene starred in a film with Hemsworth’s then-fiancée, Miley Cyrus.
