'Vampire Diaries' Season 6 Spoilers: Episode 19 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In 'Because'? [PHOTOS & VIDEO]

Vampire Diaries 619 spoilers — Damon (Ian Somerhalder) will have to decide if he wants to give Elena (Nina Dobrev) the cure -- but first he'll have to deal with a very angry Bonnie (Kat Graham, not pictured). CW

Getting Caroline’s humanity back is going to be difficult. Stefan (Paul Wesley) is going to realize that Caroline (Candice Accola) doesn’t break easily in “The Vampire Diaries” Season 6, episode 19. It seems she’ll put up quite a fight, and it might affect all of her friends, according to the episode synopsis.

“It's all hands on deck when attempts to stop a humanity-free Caroline doesn't go as planned,” the synopsis teases. Caroline will be locked up as Damon (Ian Somerhalder), Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Stefan try to get through to her, executive producer Julie Plec revealed in the producer’s preview. However, Caroline will turn the tables on Damon and Elena and make them think about their relationship.

Damon still hasn’t made a decision about the cure that Bonnie (Kat Graham) gave him. The vampire talks to Elena and “brings up their future together and what life would be like if they weren't vampires.” You can watch Elena describe her human fantasy here. It looks like what she says will stick with Damon. Will it make him give her the cure?

Damon will get a little distracted later, though. Bonnie will be angry with him after she discovers one of his secrets. She “discovers that Damon has betrayed her trust" and will tale "matters into her own hands, setting off a chain of events that leaves Damon dealing with the fallout," the synopsis teases. She’ll probably discover that Damon gave the ascendant to his mother Lily (Annie Wersching). However, it’s anyone’s guess what Bonnie will do next.

Meanwhile, Enzo (Michael Malarkey) might be spending some time with Lily. He “learns the truth about the day he was turned into a vampire,” according to the summary. Will he sympathize with Lily after he finds out she didn’t plan to abandon him on the ship right after she turned him?
