'Vanderpump Rules' Season 3 Spoilers: Watch 6 Dramatic Sneak Peek Videos For Nov. 3 Premiere, 'Instafight'

“Vanderpump Rules” Season 3 premieres on Bravo on Monday, and Lisa Vanderpump’s staff is certainly bringing the drama. Last season, Stassi left for New York, Tom and Kristen broke up after she slept with Jax and Scheana’s engagement party was ruined by the SUR staff’s drama. Some of the cast wants to move past last year’s eventful summer, but other staff members can’t wait to push each other’s buttons. Get the first look at the coming drama with six sneak peek videos from the “Vanderpump Rules” Season 3 premiere:

Sneak Peek No. 1

After a recap of last season, it’s clear that Lisa’s employees have to mature. “Everyone has moved on a little bit, grown up a little bit,” Jax explains. He fears something going wrong because right now everything is good.

Kristen lost all of her friends after she admitted to sleeping with Jax last year and Tom even kicked her out, but some things won’t change. She says she still loves Tom, but she is now dating James, a British busser at SUR.

Sneak Peek No. 2

Tom and Ariana show audiences how happy they are together, and Scheana is still butting heads with Katie. “Once Stassi quit SUR, I was happy she moved away and everyone seemed a lot happier, except Katie,” Scheana says.

She invites Katie to her birthday, but Katie felt insulted right away after Scheana implied that she was a drunk. Katie turns down the invite and calls it “a really dumb idea” because she is inviting too many conflicting personalities.

Sneak Peek No. 3

While Lisa is building her new bar in “the epicenter of the gay community,” a.k.a. West Hollywood, Tom and Jax are finally rebuilding their friendship and working together again.

“The whole thing with Kristen and Tom, do I have remorse? Absolutely,” Jax says. “It took me a lot of time for me to realize that, but he’s so much happier where he is now. I don’t want to say I did Tom a favor, but I kind of did him a favor.”

Kristen isn’t avoiding drama as well as Jax. She claims that Tom cheated on Ariana in Miami, and his mistress is telling all the dirty details on social media.

Sneak Peek No. 4

Lisa sits down with Katie, who thanks her for hiring her boyfriend Tom Schwartz at Pump. She tells Lisa that her house is full right now because Stassi is moving back to town.

“I was a good friend to her,” Lisa says. “I knew that, and I tried to steer her in the right direction, and she just left. She didn’t have any regard, so I think she owes me a phone call and an apology.”

Sneak Peek No. 5

Scheana confronts Tom about the rumor she heard from Kristen about him cheating on Ariana. Tom claims that the girl on social media was lying. He never cheated on Ariana in Miami, and anything that girl on social media says is fabricated, he swears.

“A part of me will always feel like Tom got away with something, but it’s not my business anymore,” Scheana says.

Tom accused Scheana of befriending toxic people like Kristen and James who only wanted to tear them down.

Sneak Peek No. 6

Lisa meets up with Stassi for the first time since she fled to New York.

“It’s unusual for you to meet someone who is on your side come rain or shine, and I was on your side," Lisa says. “However, I didn’t hear from you after that.”

Stassi apologized and said she didn’t want to associate with a lot of the SUR staff. They weren’t growing as people. “I used to think Kristen was edgy because she made all of these self-destructive choices,” Stassi explains. “When I was 19 that was interesting, but now that I’m older, I realize it’s just really sad. Like die-alone-with-a-bunch-of-cats sad.”

Lisa asked what she was doing and Stassi revealed that she needed a job.
