Today's books video is an interview with Brian Sweeney, author of Every 21 Seconds, which is so named because every 21 seconds someone is affected by a traumatic brain injury.

In this clip, Sweeney tells Monika Rydzewski about how he got his traumatic brain injury when he was attacked by a man at a pub in Wisconsin. Every 21 Seconds (Tate Publishing, 2009, 280 pages, $15.99) tells the story of his recovery. It is now being developed into a movie.
