'The View': Joy Behar Says She's 'Had Sex With A Few Ghosts'
Comedian Joy Behar, who is one of the co-hosts of the talk show "The View," claimed during Thursday's episode that she had a sexual encounter with a "few ghosts," and she never got pregnant because of it.
"If you have sex with a ghost, can you get pregnant?" another co-host Sara Haines asked the panel of co-hosts as they were discussing a footage, where an old lady explains that there was a "sexual ghost" in her house.
Behar quickly answered, "I've had sex with a few ghosts and never got pregnant," PageSix reported. Whoopi Goldberg, who is also part of the panel, responded to Behar's claim, "I'm just gonna let that ride."
"I don't know how many of you just heard what Joy just said, but I'm going to let it ride," Goldberg said. The official handle of "The View" shared the video of their discussion on Twitter the same day.
"TEXAS HOUSE HAUNTED BY "SEXUAL" SPIRITS? #TheView panel reacts to a Texas woman who is claiming her house is being haunted by ghosts who aren't shy about their intentions," the post read.
Twitter users shared their hilarious response to Behar's claim of having sex with ghosts.
One of the users wrote, "Maybe Joy Behar telling the truth about having sex with a few ghosts, but were they ghosts when She started?"
Another one wrote, "Joy Behar's shocking revelation: 'I've had sex with a few ghosts'/His name starts with a "V" and needs lots of batteries !!!"
Behar turned 80-year-old earlier this month. When she was asked about retirement during an interview, she revealed that she has renewed her contract with the show and has no plans to retire.
"It's really, you know, something that is an important show in many ways," she told People earlier this month. "Sometimes I don't believe that, as I've been here since the beginning, but we're the most-watched show in daytime. Most-watched!"
Behar has been a regular on "The View" since 1997. Aside from that, she was last featured in a TV series, "Crashing," which was dropped in 2018. She will be next seen in a TV movie, "Lilly," where she will play Dr. Karen Kline's character.
