Was Jennifer Lopez’s Butt Photoshopped By Vanity Fair In Their December Issue?
Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, recently graced the cover of Vanity Fair’s December issue.
Inside the pages of the magazine are photos of the couple, as well as a story of how they met, their similarities, as well as their plans for the future. The cover photo of Lopez and Rodriguez showed the actress wearing a long-sleeved dress that accentuated her bum. Rodriguez, on the other hand, is wearing a white tuxedo and black slacks.
But those who got a hold of the magazine’s December issue couldn’t help but notice that one of Lopez’s inside photos appear to have been photoshopped. The snap shows Lopez with her back turned towards the camera. She is leaning towards Rodriguez, who held up her skirt to show off part of her butt. In the photo, Lopez’s asset seemed to be much smaller and flatter.
According to People, Lopez’s butt is such a huge asset that the actress even had it insured for $27 million. But the “Shades of Blue” star debunked the reports by saying that she never had her bum insured. During an episode of James Corden’s “Carpool Karaoke,” the host asked Lopez is the reports are true. Lopez said, “No! No, there’s no such thing as that!”
Corden asked Lopez if it’s even possible to insure a body part, and she said, “I think there is a place – in your homeland – where you can insure certain things, parts of your body.”
Meanwhile, this is not the first time that Lopez was involved in a “photoshop” controversy. In June, the actress shared a selfie that showed off her abs. One fan claimed that Lopez retouched her abs to make them look firmer. The “World of Dance” judge quickly defended herself and said that it was a smudge on the mirror.
She also used the hashtag “lord bless the haters” and “wish there was photoshop for haters” to shut down any more negative comments especially about her appearance.
