‘Westworld’ Season 2 Spoilers: Katja Herbers Cast As Season Regular, Will Play A ‘Seasoned Guest’
There is exciting news for “Westworld” fans: Katja Herbers from “Manhattan” has just been cast as a series regular for Season 2! She will be playing a regular park goer who happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
According to Deadline, she will play Grace, “a seasoned guest in Westworld whose latest visit comes at the park’s darkest hour.”

Herbers is the third new series regular for the second season of HBO’s sci-fi show, and she is the first brand new cast addition. The other two “Westworld” stars who became series regulars after Season 1 are Talulah Riley and Louis Herthum.
Herthum plays Peter Abernathy, a host who malfunctioned after seeing a photograph of a woman from the outside world. Due to this, he was promptly stored by operators and someone else was tasked to fill in the role of Dolores Abernathy’s (Evan Rachel Wood) father.
Herthum himself has no clue how his story will unfold, but he hopes his character will be the first host who manages to escape the park. “I wasn’t sure I’d come back after the pilot. So every time I came back I was just so grateful. In the eighth episode when he’s downloaded with all the data from the park I felt that was their way of saying I’ll be back next season. If I had my way, I’d love for Peter to get out of this park with all the data. I’m dying to see what the outside world looks like,” he told Gold Derby.
As for Riley, she played host Angela in the first season, one of the greeters of the Western theme park. But during the latter part of the first season, she was introduced as a different host in a different narrative. According to the report by Entertainment Weekly, Angela is “a host whose beatific face welcomed guests to Westworld for decades. Angela will prove to be one of the last faces many guests will ever see.”
“Westworld” Season 2 premieres on HBO in 2018.
