What Happened To Lamar Odom? Khloé Kardashian’s Ex-Husband Is ‘Fighting For His Life’; Found Unconscious

Former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom is “fighting for his life” after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel, TMZ wrote in an exclusive report Tuesday. He passed out at Dennis Hoff's Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada after partying for days on end.

It’s unknown who discovered the former athlete, but a source at the Love Ranch told TMZ a person rolled him over and saw fluid coming out of his mouth. An ambulance was called and Odom, 35, was rushed to Pahrump hospital. Once there, doctors reportedly determined he could not breathe on his own. He is being airlifted to Las Vegas for further treatment, TMZ wrote.

His ex-wife, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian, has not responded to the medical scare. She still keeps in contact with her first husband, and even talked about flirting with him during an episode of the hit E! reality show.

It’s a connection that her sister, Kim Kardashian, doesn’t understand. "I don't know why Khloe and Lamar are talking, but he hurt her so badly," Kim Kardashian said during last Sunday’s episode. "As a big sister I'm just really protective, and for her just to be flirting with him on the phone makes me, like, sick to my stomach."

However, Khloé Kardashian, 31, denied that she flirted with him. "I'm flirting with him how?" Khloé Kardashian asked, annoyed by her older sister’s protests. "By answering the phone and saying hello?"

Odom and Kardashian were married in 2009 after several weeks of dating. They stayed together until 2013 when they were legally separated. They went back and forth about divorce for years, but it was finalized earlier this year. Despite their split, they have continued to talk, even though Kardashian has openly dated other people. The celebrity couple reportedly broke up after Odom cheated with various women.
