What Meghan Markle Told Prince Harry To Fix Relationship With Prince Charles

Meghan Markle has helped Prince Harry mend his relationship with dad.

Prince William and Prince Harry aren’t very close to Prince Charles growing up. However, they shared a special bond with their mom, Princess Diana.

Princess Diana’s sons were hurt when they learned about Prince Charles’ affair with Camilla Parker Bowles. In fact, they were not happy about it that it came to a point that they hated their dad.

The Duchess of Sussex and her father Thomas Markle Sr. are not on speaking terms. However, she doesn’t like her husband to be on the same boat and even encouraged Prince Harry to strengthen his ties with the heir. Markle reportedly told Prince Harry to “look after the family you’ve got.”

A source told The Sunday Telegraph that Markle’s estranged and distant relationship with her own father made her encourage Prince Harry to build bridges with his own dad. The Duke of Sussex took his wife’s advice by heart.

As of late, Prince Harry and Prince Charles appear to be sharing a closer bond. It was even the Prince of Wales who gave away Markle on their big day. It helped that Markle has a great relationship with her father-in-law.

According to an insider, Prince Charles admires Markle’s strength and the backbone she gives to Prince Harry, who needs a “tungsten-type figure” in his life. The heir apparent also praised his daughter-in-law to his friends for being intelligent and nice before adding that Markle “makes Harry happy.”

Markle is also fond of her father-in-law. In fact, she was bowled over by the future king’s charm.

“She told Harry he was wonderful: welcoming, warm, hard-working, kind and stable. She made it clear that he should appreciate him and bond more,” an insider said.

In related news, there are rumors that Prince Charles might divorce Camilla and rule alone. The future king is reportedly not at ease that many couldn’t still accept his second wife. A recent poll suggested that the Duchess of Cornwall remains the least favorite royal.

On the other hand, Princess Diana is still the most popular royal. In fact, even Kate Middleton and Markle couldn’t compare to her popularity in polls.
