What To Stock Up For Home Emergency Kits If You're Quarantined Due To COVID-19 Outbreak

Stock up to a gallon of water per day for each individual and pet at home, the American Red Cross said. Or install water filters and other options like water purification tablets to make water safe to drink, mentioned the Oregonian.
3. Hygienic Products
Ensure you have enough soap, hand sanitizers, tissues, feminine care products, diapers, toilet products, diapers, toothpaste, etc. Regular and thorough hand washing can be one of the easiest and best ways to stay protected against the coronavirus, according to the CDC. So don’t forget to include soaps and hand sanitizers.
4. Medicines
According to health experts, you should stock up at least a one-month supply fo all your prescribed medications. Perhaps you could ask your doctor to help you submit an exception form to increase the quantity limits. Also, ensure you have an at-home first aid kit which includes all the necessary supplies that can treat cuts, scrapes, swellings, sprains, strains, and any other common injury. It is recommended that the kit also includes antibiotic ointments, scissors, tweezers, thermometers as well as an emergency blanket.
5. Entertainment:
Since your mental health should also be taken into account, ensure you have the facilities for entertainments including books, card games, activities, games, movies, etc.
