What Will Jessa Seewald Name Her Baby? Duggar Baby No. 2 ‘Due Date Has Come And Gone’

Jessa Duggar is due to give birth any second, but it looks like the second time mom isn’t quite ready for the arrival of her and husband Ben Seewald’s second bundle of joy.

Jessa recently opened up to People about becoming parents again. The pair revealed that they are elated to be welcoming another child, as both want to have big families. They hope to adopt or foster a child or children in the future, but right now they’re focused on getting their baby earthside. The duo have done everything they need to prepare — everything except come up with a name, that is.

“We’ve only had one or two conversations about it, so we need to get on it!” Jessa said. “We did this last time (with Spurgeon) and procrastinated. Our son was 5 days old before we had it officially nailed down!”

On Thursday, while waiting to go into labor, Jessa headed out for a coffee date with her sisters and a friend. In the interest of keeping her fans up to date, she snapped a photo to share on Instagram and Twitter. In the caption, she revealed that her “due date has come and gone” and there was still no sign that the baby planned to come out.

Jessa never revealed her exact due date, though it was believed that she was due in mid-February. That has since been debunked, as the “Counting On” star revealed that her due date had already passed. On Jan. 28, Jim Bob Duggar took to Facebook to share an inspirational quote amid questions about whether or not Jessa had given birth. The father of 19 made no mention of Jessa’s second child, indicating that he or she had not yet arrived.

The third eldest Duggar daughter announced her second pregnancy in August. She and her hubby revealed that their baby was due in February, but did not discuss the gender. Jessa and Ben have kept the gender of both their children under wraps until their arrival in an effort to surprise friends and family.

“We did the same thing with our last baby. We kept it a secret. My family doesn’t really care for it,” Jessa said in a TLC.com video. “But we have fun keeping it a surprise.”
