When Does ‘Charmed’ Come Back? Midseason Premiere Date Revealed

“Charmed” Season 1 has been on midseason hiatus since early December, but the show will return soon.

“Charmed” Season 1, episode 10 comes back Sunday, Jan. 20 at 9 p.m. EST on The CW. Tonight, however, the network will air the Critics' Choice Awards.

The midseason premiere will waste no time showing what happens after Harry (Rupert Evans) accidentally went to Tartarus, hell’s prison. “The sisters turn to The Elders for advice about Harry,” the synopsis for the midseason premiere teases.

Of course, in typical Mel (Melonie Diaz) fashion, the middle child will be fed up with rules and restrictions from the Elders. She “turns to Jada (Aleyse Shannon) for help without telling her sisters.”

There will be a plan to save Harry, but as usual, the girls face more threats than expected. “With a plan in place, they must face an unexpected threat which leads Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) to find a strength she didn’t know she had,” the logline teases. Does this surprising enemy have anything to do with Parker (Nick Hargrove), Maggie's half-demon love interest?

Those weren’t the only cliffhangers, though. Galvin (Ser’Darius Blain) actually walked in on Harry’s descent into hell’s prison. Yet, he’s the one with surprising news in the midseason premiere. “Meanwhile, Galvin shares some shocking news with Macy (Madeleine Mantock) that will change everything.”

“Charmed” Season 1, episode 10 is titled “Keep Calm and Harry On” and was directed by Vanessa Parise.
