“When Hope Calls,” Hallmark Channel’s “When Calls the Heart” spinoff, finally has a start date!

The new series, which will air on the network’s streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now, premieres on Friday, Aug. 30 with two episodes, according to Entertainment Tonight. After that, new episodes will be released on the platform every Friday through Oct. 25.

Hallmark first announced the “When Calls the Heart” offshoot at its 2018 Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour almost exactly a year ago, with executive producer Brian Bird only sharing on Twitter at the time that it would feature “a new town & new characters.” He also revealed Hearties would get clues about the new show during Season 6 of “When Calls the Heart,” and that they most definitely did.

Before the most recent season even began, fans were introduced to the spinoff’s leads, Jocelyn Hudon (Grace) and Morgan Kohan (Lillian), when their characters were first introduced in the 2018 “WCTH” Christmas special, “When Calls the Heart: The Greatest Christmas Blessing.”

The two characters, who are sisters opening up an orphanage in the Western town of Brookfield, appeared in a couple Season 6 episodes of the popular Hallmark Channel drama, as well.

Now, fans are going to learn a lot more about the duo when the 1916-set series premieres on HMN next month.

According to Entertainment Tonight, “Caught between the traditions of cattle ranchers and the ambitions of a growing town, they strive to find romance and happiness while overcoming the challenges of helping the children in their care. Throughout their journey, they discover community, acceptance and love as they create the family they always longed to have.”

The “When Hope Calls” cast also includes Ryan-James Hatanaka (Brookfield Mountie Gabriel, who’s a possible love interest for Lillian), Greg Hovanessian (ranch hand Chuck, who’s trying to catch Grace’s attention) and Wendy Crewson (Tess, Chuck’s mother and former family friend of Lillian and Grace’s).

Check out “When Hope Calls” when it starts on Hallmark Movies Now on Aug. 30.
