When And Where To Watch ‘Nightflyers’ Season 1
SYFY is trying something a little different for its highly-anticipated TV series “Nightflyers.” The entire 10-episode season will be shown over the course of two weeks.
“Nightflyers” Season 1, episodes 1 through 5 will premiere Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. EST. Fans will have the weekend to catch up on the space horror drama before the latter half of the season starts on Sunday, Dec. 9. Episodes 6 through 10 will air through Thursday, Dec. 13 at 10 p.m. EST.
Every episode will air on the SYFY channel, but they will also premiere on other platforms at the same time. SYFY On Demand, SYFY.com and the SYFY app will have every episode available to watch. The network announced that there would be limited commercial interruption across all platforms as well.
Fans won’t have to wait until 10 p.m. EST for the event series to kick off, though. The first two episodes are already available now on SYFY.com, On Demand and the app.
“Nightflyers,” based on the George R.R. Martin novella, follows a team of scientists on a spaceship in 2093. However, they quickly realize that they don’t have to leave the ship to find the universe’s greatest horror — it’s already on board.
The cast of “Nightflyers” includes Eoin Macken, David Ajala, Gretchen Mol, Jodie Turner-Smith, Sam Strike, Maya Eshet, Angus Sampson and Brían F. O’Byrne.
