Where Are Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Getting Married? Kimye Rumored To Wed At Versailles Palace In Paris, France
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been frequenting Paris throughout their courtship, and now there are rumors on Instagram that the celebrity duo is thinking about tying the knot at Versailles Palace. The rapper asked his reality star girlfriend to be his wife on her birthday in an elaborate proposal, and rumors have been spreading that West wants their nuptials to be a very big affair. Unlike his lover, the “Black Skinhead” hip-hop artist has never been married before.
A source told E! News that Kardashian and West, who are the parents of 6-month-old North West, were looking at wedding venues in Paris with the intention of having a summer wedding. "They are going to spend a few days looking at weddings venues in and around Paris," the insider said. "They are also going to do some shopping. They are really excited to find the right place for their nuptials. They are looking at a summer wedding."
As for wedding planners, the couple reportedly chose not to use Sharon Sachs considering “they want to try a different direction from her usual style." Though they haven’t released many other details, Kardashian said on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show that she and her fiancée plan to get married outside the U.S.
"Somewhere out of the country,” she said about the location of her highly anticipated nuptials. “We honestly haven't picked a date yet. We said when we were on our trip skiing this New Year's that we were going to pick the date and location, and that hasn't happened. We know we want it in the summer time, but we just [have] to figure that out."
On Sunday, she posted a romantic picture to Instagram of her and West standing in front of Versailles Palace at night. Many IG users assumed it’s one of the places the “Keeping Up With The Kardashian” star looked at as a possible wedding venue. More than 425,000 people liked the image, which also generated hundreds of comments.
