Vitolo is a chef in Emilio’s Ballato in SoHo. His father, Emilio Vitolo Sr., purchased the restaurant in the ‘90s, and the family has worked there since.

“It’s a seven-day-a-week commitment. If you’re going to do a restaurant the right way, you always have to be there,” Holmes’s new man told InStyle.

He is an actor

Vitolo, who is Italian on his father's side and Peruvian on his mother's side, is not just a chef — he's also an actor. He has appeared in shows like “Inside Amy Schumer” and “Royal Pains.”

As per his IMDb page, fans will also see him next in “The Birthday Cake,” which is slated to be released later this year. The movie stars Val Kilmer, Ewan McGregor and Penn Badgley, among others.
