Orlando Bloom seems to be moving on from his marriage to supermodel Miranda Kerr, four months after the pair confirmed they were separating. Bloom’s rep confirmed the news to E! In a joint statement, Bloom and Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months.

"After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation," the rep said. "Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family."

The Australian beauty has a 2-year-old son, Flynn, with the actor. Flynn is named after Kerr's ex-boyfriend, Christopher Middlebrook, who passed away in a car accident when he was a teenager.

Bloom, 37, was spotted on Tuesday in Los Angeles with French actress Nora Arnezeder. The 24-year-old actress is primarily known for her work in the 2012 film "Safe House," alongside Ryan Reynolds, and "Maniac," alongside Elijah Wood. The two hung out at a speakeasy, and a source tells Daily Mail, “Orlando and Nora were in the bar for about two hours enjoying some drinks and talking.'

Bloom tried to avoid photos of the two together, leaving the bar alone before returning a short time later to pick up Arnezeder. The actor traveled in style, driving a motorcycle, which Arnezeder hopped on before Bloom zoomed off.

Meanwhile, Kerr is now said to be dating billionaire James Packer, 46, who is the richest man in Australia. As of November 2013, Forbes magazine estimated his net worth at $7.7 billion. The businessman has also been close friends with Kerr and Bloom, even vacationing with them alongside his now-ex-wife Erica Baxter just last year in Tahiti for the holidays. In September, he split from Baxter after six years of marriage, just a month before Kerr and Bloom confirmed their separation.
