Ariana Grande has been hanging out with one of her exes recently, but she doesn't plan on getting back together with him.

Back in February, Grande was photographed with Big Sean in his car after finishing a recording studio session together in Los Angeles. The sighting sparked rumors that the two might have reconciled romantically, especially since both singers were single at the time.

But a source recently told Us Weekly that Grande and Sean are just "friends." "Ariana and Big Sean have remained in contact, but neither of them are looking for anything serious [or] romantic," the insider said.

Grande dated Sean, whose real name is Sean Michael Leonard Anderson for eight months from October 2014 to April 2015.

Sean's latest relationship was with Jhené Aiko, 31, whom he dated for three years before they split late last year. Grande, meanwhile, had a whirlwind romance with Pete Davidson for four months last year. But the two ended their engagement in October.

Sean isn't the only ex Grande has been spotted hanging out with this year. Last month, the "7 Rings" singer was photographed with ex-boyfriend Graham Phillips, whom she dated from 2008 to 2011. Grande also hung out with another one of her exes, Ricky Alvarez, multiple times since January.

Meanwhile, Grande recently performed at the Coachella Valley Music Festival on Sunday where she closed out the show with NSYNC, Nicki Minaj, Diddy and other big names in the music industry. She will be returning to the Empire Polo Club in a week to perform during the festival's second weekend.

Grande has been enjoying back-to-back successes this past year, with two of her albums topping the Billboard 200 album chart twice within just half a year.

In August last year, Grande's "Sweetener" soared to the no. 1 spot, and this was followed by "Thank U, Next" debuting at the top spot in February.
