CBS’ “All Rise” is sitting Monday night out.

The legal drama is taking Veterans Day off and will not be airing a new episode tonight. Instead, a reairing of the show’s fourth episode, titled “A View from the Bus,” will play at 10 p.m. EST, which is an hour later than the show’s usual start time.

All Rise,” which stars Simone Missick (Lola Carmichael) and Wilson Bethel (Mark Callan), will return with new episodes starting Monday, Nov. 18, with its first one back being Season 1, episode 8, titled “Maricela and the Desert.”

When the CBS show comes back, “Lola and Emily (Jessica Camacho) find themselves on opposing sides when the key witness in a murder trial is the victim’s 11-year-old daughter,” according to the synopsis. “Also, when Mark’s key witness in a case winds up in a Vegas jail, Luke (J. Alex Brinson) accompanies Mark on a road trip to the desert to bring the witness back to testify.”

The cast also includes Marg Helgenberger (Lisa Benner), Lindsay Mendez (Sara Castillo) and Ruthie Ann Miles (Sherri Kansky).

Sebastian Sozzi (Felix Flores), Eva Ariel Binder (Maricela Aguilar-Flores), Kelly Frye (Katie Malick), Kelvin Han Yee (Judge Randall Roberts), Michael Provost (Paul Larson), Branton Box (LAPD Captain), Iris Almario (Raquel Villalobos), Eugene Byrd (Detective Bert Taylor), Robert Gant (Daniel Fox), Caleb Foote (Chad Hill) and Ray Stoney (Officer Meade) guest star in the episode, which was written by Mellori Velasquez and directed by Sheelin Choksey.

“All Rise” returns with Season 1, episode 8 on Nov. 18 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
