Why Isn’t ‘Evil’ On Tonight? Season 1, Episode 6 Air Date News
Although CBS’ freshman drama, “Evil,” is the perfect show to watch on Halloween, fans won’t get to see a new episode of the spooky series tonight.
Luckily, there will still at least be a repeat showing of Season 1, episode 4 airing Thursday during the show’s regular 10 p.m. EDT time slot for viewers to enjoy.
“Evil” will then return with new episodes starting next Thursday, Nov. 7. When it does come back, it’ll be with episode 6, titled “790,” which was written by Aurin Squire and directed by Kevin Rodney Sullivan.
“When the Catholic Church asks Kristen (Katja Herbers), David (Mike Colter) and Ben (Aasif Mandvi) to assess the veracity of a local prophetess, Grace Ling (Li Jun Li), they are shaken when they see one of her visions come to life,” according to the synopsis.
“Also, David struggles with jealousy when he sees God speaking with the prophetess, and to Kristen’s dismay, her mother, Sheryl (Christine Lahti), and Leland (Michael Emerson) begin a relationship.”
The CBS show also stars Kurt Fuller (Dr. Boggs), Brooklyn Shuck (Lynn Bouchard), Skylar Gray (Lila Bouchard), Maddy Crocco (Lexis Bouchard) and Dalya Knapp (Laura Bouchard), as well as recurring cast members Marti Matulis (George), Clark Johnson (Father Amara) and Boris McGiver (Monsignor Matthew Korecki).
“Evil” returns with Season 1, episode 6 on Thursday, Nov. 7 on CBS at 10 p.m. EST.
