In a clip for an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kim Kardashian West discusses her long friendship with heiress Paris Hilton and why she would "do anything" for the "Stars Are Blind" singer.

In the sneak peek, Kim tells her sister Khloé Kardashian that she is tired but still has to work all night. This prompts the "Revenge Body" host to ask her sister what she has lined up for the evening, which is when the KKW Beauty founder explains that she agreed to be in Hilton's new music video.

"No way," Khloé responds, adding, "That's so nice that you're doing that, though."

"I really would want to do anything for her. She literally gave me a career, and I totally acknowledge that," Kim replies.

"A lot of people - no matter of how they got their success - they wouldn't say, like, 'I got my career because of Paris.'" She then added that she thought her sister was "sweet and kind" for doing the favor since her schedule is always so full, but Kim said she would drop everything for her as it's "important" in her view to remain loyal to people. The clip can be viewed below.

The reasoning behind Kim's devotion to Paris is that she helped springboard her career while it was in its early stages. Before Kim became famous, she was a closet organizer for the DJ and would also take care of her Chihuahua, Tinkerbell. The two were frequently spotted together in the mid-2000s going out to clubs, with Kim even making her first appearances on Hilton's TV show, "The Simple Life."

In May, Paris opened up to People about her long friendship with the reality star, saying they had "been having so much fun together lately."

"I've known her my whole life and we've been having so much fun together lately. We had a good time at Kourtney [Kardashian]'s birthday party and then had fun at Travis [Scott]'s birthday party. It's been really nice," she concluded.
