Will Kim Kardashian Name Baby No. 4 After Her Brother?
With baby No. 4 on the way, Kim Kardashian gave fans a hint as to what they can expect for a baby name once he is born. Kim along with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” On Monday night to talk about baby names as well as the first episode of their show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” now in its 16th season
Kimmel, who is shooting the show from his hometown of Las Vegas, asked Kim about the new baby and exactly what process she goes through to come up with a name. Kim, who has three other children with Kanye West, told Kimmel that the naming of the baby is a family affair, saying they “all weigh in.
“I definitely take a family survey,” she said. “But it's usually after the baby's born or we're trying to figure out what the baby looks like. I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel that it really connects.”
For baby No. 4, Kim told Kimmel she has been doing quite a bit of research on Armenian names but has gotten stuck on a family name that her brother certainly approves of.
“I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob,” Kim said. “My brother. But then it's kind of like North, Saint, Chicago, Rob. But I really was feeling that.”
While it remains to be seen what Kim and Kanye will name their fourth child, Kourtney revealed that she also takes her time when selecting a baby name until it feels right.
“I would try out a different name on different days,” Kourtney said. “One day Reign, his name was Preston for one full day. I was like, I know in my soul his name is Reign. And Scott didn't believe me. And I was like, 'No. I know his name is Reign.' And he's like, 'His name is Preston."
“So I was like fine, let's call him Preston for a day. And it didn't work out,” she added.
Kim and Kanye are expecting their new baby boy most likely in May, E! News reported. He will be their second child born by surrogate. The couple is also parents to five-year-old North West, three-year-old Saint West, and one-year-old Chicago West.
