Former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexis Bellino shocked fans when she made a cameo during Season 14, so it was only a matter of time before they wondered: Will she return? However, for Alexis’s fans, the answer may seem more bittersweet.

"I was offered and I said no," the 42-year-old confessed on Us Weekly's "Hot Hollywood" podcast on Wednesday.

"I was offered a main role or a ‘friend’ role [for season 14]. I don’t know if they’re going to call again or not, but I honestly just don’t want the drama again in my life," she continued. "It’s kind of toxic for me."

Alexis may not be willing to return full-time, but she did film a scene with "RHOC" cast member Emily Simpson, who she is good friends with. The alum is also friends with Kelly Dodd and claimed both of the ladies want her to return to the Bravo reality show.

"They both are begging me. They’re like, 'Please come back,'" she revealed. "I just think I’ve turned that chapter."

It seems the mother of four, who, alongside now ex-husband Jim Bellino, was on "RHOC" from Seasons 5-8, is on the same page as the people behind the reality show when it comes to her potential return.

A source close to production revealed, "She was asked to do a cameo and film one or two things with her friend Emily, but not in any full-time capacity."

Although Alexis won't be holding an orange anytime soon, fans can still catch her on TV on "Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars Family Edition," which airs Fridays at 10 p.m. EST on WeTV.

Alexis isn’t the only former Housewife who has spoken up about potentially rejoining the cast full-time. Gretchen Rossi also shared her thoughts on joining the cast again at The Victoria’s Voice Gala at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on Oct. 25.

"Here’s the thing I always say, never say never, because watch if they come next year and go, 'we’ll give you $5 million', then sure," the new mom said before adding, "Slade [Smiley] and I, we really do feel like we’ve grown past that."

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Tuesdays on Bravo at 9 p.m. EST.
