  • A woman from the Bronx trespassed Pete Davidson's home and claimed they are married
  • The same woman released a fake press release claiming they were starting a production company together
  • Davidson denied knowing the woman and said they were never married and he didn't start a production company

Pete Davidson doesn't know the woman who trespassed his property despite her claim that they are married.

A woman identified by sources as Michelle Mootreddy was nabbed inside Davidson's home after she reportedly broke into the comedian's Staten Island property Thursday. Davidson was not home when the incident happened, but a relative was around and somebody called the police, TMZ reported.

Source told TMZ that Mootreddy walked into Pete's home through an open side door and sat down at the kitchen table. She is the same person who sent out a press release Tuesday announcing that the "Saturday Night Live" star was launching a production company with her.

She also claimed that they are married, but Davidson denied it. The "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star said he doesn't know the woman and didn't start a production company with her.

"Not a word of it is true," Davidson's lawyer told Page Six. "Mr. Davidson has no idea who this person is. We are investigating and considering all legal and equitable remedies."

In Mootreddy's fake press release, she alleged that they were childhood friends who eventually tied the knot and were launching the production company Bodega Cats Presents. According to her, they started the company "to increase diversity & belonging in the entertainment industry by curating experiences that have a cultural & social impact."

Mootreddy is from the Bronx and on the production company's website, she claimed to have graduated from the University of Rochester in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in political science.

Davidson got engaged to Ariana Grande in June 2018, but they called it quits four months later. In October, there were speculations that Grande's "Positions" single was shading Davidson because of the lyrics "Heaven sent you to me. I'm just hoping I don't repeat history."

"Omg yall she said 'i’m just hoping i don’t re-PETE history' and took a break in between re PETE," one fan commented.

Davidson dated Kaia Gerber after Grande, but their relationship cooled off in 2020 with him "taking a break to work on his mental health," a source told E! News. Meanwhile, in December 2020, Grande announced her engagement to Dalton Gomez by sharing photos of them on Instagram. In two photos, she showed off her hand rocking a huge diamond engagement ring.
