Woman Flashes Boobs, Masturbates In Jail Visitation Video; Gets Arrested

A 38-year-old Florida woman was arrested after she flashed her breasts and masturbated while visiting her jailed boyfriend in prison last week.

Danielle Ferrero traveled to the Charlotte County Jail on Aug. 8 for an hour-long virtual visit with 25-year-old inmate, Cody Thomas, The Smoking Gun reported, citing court records. Thomas' name was redacted in police documents, but the outlet confirmed he was the prisoner Ferrero visited.

Ferrero had met with Thomas via an internet feed between 3:30 p.m. and 4:27 p.m. that day as she stayed in the prison's Video Visitation Building while Thomas was elsewhere in the facility, according to a police report.

Despite having no physical contact between her and Thomas, Ferrero allegedly "frequently talked in a lewd manner speaking of sex, sexual organs and sexual activities," investigators said in the document. She also "frequently flaunted and rubbed her breasts, covered, showing the revealing outfit that she was wearing, calling her outfit naughty," according to police records.

Ferrero at one point "mentioned how she repositioned herself and almost had an orgasm," to which Thomas "asked Ferrero to have one for her and she began to rock back and forth in her chair, appearing to have an orgasm," investigators said.

Additionally, Ferrero allegedly exposed her bare breasts to Thomas near the end of the virtual session, which resulted in the visitation being canceled by staff.

Ferrero was arrested on Aug. 11 and charged with exposure of sexual organs after she was captured on video exposing her breasts and being naked within a public space, according to the police report.

Upon being informed of her charges at her Punta Gorda apartment, Ferrero told an officer, "I cannot believe that showing [Thomas] my boobs would get me arrested," documents stated. She was then allegedly transported to the Charlotte County Jail without incident.

Ferrero was released on an undisclosed bond Friday and was scheduled to appear before court for her arraignment on Sept. 1.

Ferrero is also facing a probation violation count for a theft conviction last month aside from her misdemeanor exposure charge. She was reportedly sentenced in a plea deal on July 21 to three years of probation for stealing FedEx packages left outside a Port Charlotte residence.

Thomas had been about a third of the way through a 30-day sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a valid license at the time of the lewd incident. He was arrested in April after police found a needle containing meth in his vehicle while he was behind the wheel during a traffic stop.

Thomas reportedly told Ferrero, "Don't worry, I told them it all belonged to me."
